Privacy
Leadflux is a private, invite-only CRM. We collect only the data needed to run the product: your account details, the workspace records you create (companies, contacts, deals, tasks, notes), and the operational data your team enters — including, for onboarding, employee and payout details.
Your workspace data is isolated per tenant and is not sold, shared with other workspaces, or used for advertising. Access is restricted to members of your workspace and Leadflux administrators acting in a support capacity.
Google user data
If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email address and basic profile (name), used only to authenticate you and create your Leadflux account. If you additionally connect Google Calendar, Leadflux reads your calendar events — solely to show your meetings inside your CRM workspace and prepare pre-meeting briefs. Leadflux does not create, modify, or delete events on your calendar. Calendar data is shown only to you and, where a meeting is linked to a shared record, to authorised members of your workspace.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the product (hosting and database infrastructure), for security, or to comply with law. Humans do not read this data unless you ask us to for support, or it is required for security or legal reasons. Leadflux's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the Meetings & Voice page in Leadflux, or revoke access from your Google account permissions. On disconnection we delete the stored tokens; synced meeting records you created in your workspace remain until you delete them.
